Protests Lead to Break-In of Alleged FBI Cars with Sensitive Documents; $100K Reward Announced

Following a chaotic protest in north Minneapolis on a Wednesday night, a reward has been put forth by the FBI due to acts of vandalism and the potential breach of confidential documents.

This tumultuous event took place subsequent to actions taken by an ICE operative. Photojournalist Tom Aviles from WCCO happened to be in proximity to the unfolding events, capturing pivotal moments on camera.

A significant number of individuals, categorized as protesters, were seen forcefully entering two unidentified vehicles presumed to belong to the FBI. Their efforts succeeded in extracting a robust lock box, making aggressive attempts to access its contents.

The agitators were further observed dismantling a second vehicle, ultimately succeeding in entering a fortified compartment within, which had already been cleared.

"It's unbelievable, feels like a dream. This shouldn't be our reality," commented one participant from the crowd.

A female protester presented materials to WCCO reporters, which she alleged were documentation linked to the U.S. Marshals Service.

"Details on their methods, methods of discovery, transport locations, and access to secured buildings, including the tokens awarded for each capture," she revealed.

In response, the Minneapolis authorities intervened, using tear gas and pepper projectiles to disperse the assembly. The defaced vehicles, now covered in graffiti, were duly removed from the site.

An incentive of $100,000 has been publicized by the FBI for any information that results in the capture of those accountable for the damage and restoration of federal assets.

"Acts against law enforcement or federal property won't go unpunished by us; we'll pursue justice resolutely," declared FBI Director Kash Patel via social media platform X.
