Fujifilm Unveils Instax Mini Link Plus for Extreme Detail Printing
Fujifilm has introduced its newest innovation in smartphone printing technology, the Instax Mini Link Plus. This device boasts the ability to deliver highly detailed prints, surpassing the capabilities of its predecessors. With enhanced image processing, the Mini Link Plus preserves intricate text and patterns, making tiny textual details legible.
The design of the Mini Link Plus shares similarities with the Instax Mini Evo Cinema camera, which was announced recently. Fujifilm has also publicized the pricing for both products. The Mini Evo Cinema camera is set to be a premium product at $409.95, whereas the Mini Link Plus printer will be more affordable at $169.95. These items, alongside the updated Instax Mini Link smartphone app, are expected to hit the US market in February 2026.
Features of the Instax Mini Link Plus
This cutting-edge printer includes a distinctive 'Design Print' mode positioned to highlight fine image details. Benefitting from advanced image processing, it reproduces small textual and graphic elements with crystalline clarity. Users can now print visually elaborate designs or maintain the discernibility of textual content within their photos with ease.
Appeal to Creators and Upgraded Compatibility
For images where fewer details are needed, a 'Simple Print' mode is also available. The device utilizes the classic Instax Mini film, marking it as a significant upgrade. This makes the printer particularly attractive to photographers and graphic designers who desire to keep intricate details visible in their instant prints.
Fujifilm Instax Mini Evo Cinema Camera
The Mini Evo Cinema camera offers more than just photo capturing capabilities; it can print images wirelessly from smartphones and shoot short video clips up to 15 seconds. It includes 10 vintage-style filters, such as grainy and pale tones inspired by the 1930s, or vibrant 1980s colors. These can be applied using the device's Gen Dial, known as the 'Eras Dial' in Japan.
