Why Samsung's New Wi-Fi Speakers Could Steal the Show at CES 2026
Introduction to Samsung's Latest Audio Innovations
As CES 2026 approaches, Samsung has begun unveiling its newest technological advancements. In addition to the anticipated displays of cutting-edge household gadgets, televisions, and the latest soundbars, Samsung is broadening its product range with an introduction to their pioneering line of Wi-Fi-capable smart speakers.
Exploring the Music Studio Lineup
The Music Studio collection introduces two models: the Music Studio 7 (also known as LS70H) and Music Studio 5 (referred to as LS50H). At the top of the line, the Music Studio 7 is designed to deliver a rich audio experience with its 3.1.1 channel spatial audio arrangement, including left, center, right, and upward-facing speakers.
This model incorporates Samsung's AI-driven Dynamic Bass Control, aimed at reducing sound distortion, and supports high-definition audio playback up to 24-bit/96kHz. Furthermore, it can integrate with Samsung’s Wi-Fi-linked soundbars and televisions, offering functionality as rear auxiliary speakers.
The Music Studio 5, although smaller, is packed with features including a 4-inch woofer, dual tweeters, and an integrated waveguide to enhance sound accuracy and distribution. Like its larger sibling, it supports AI Dynamic Bass Control but distinguishes itself by offering Wi-Fi casting, voice command capabilities, streaming service compatibility, and Bluetooth connections.
Unveiling Samsung's 2026 Q-Series Soundbars
Our analysis of the Samsung HW-Q990F earlier this year confirmed its status as a reliable, immersive sound system. The Samsung HW-Q990H stands as the flagship model in Samsung's 2026 soundbar line, innovating on previous models with enhanced AI features like Sound Elevation, which centers dialogue for consistent audio, and Auto Volume, which balances output across different channels.
This series also includes the Samsung HW-QS90H, an all-in-one solution that offers a 7.1.2-channel setup equipped with 13 drivers and an onboard subwoofer. A standout feature is its internal gyro sensor which allows for versatile placement options, whether on a table or wall-mounted, all while maintaining top-notch sound quality.
As of now, Samsung has kept pricing and release dates under wraps, but it’s anticipated these details will be disclosed as CES 2026 unfolds.
