Lenovo Introduces Innovative AI-Driven Smart Glasses at CES

At CES 2026, Lenovo unveiled an ambitious concept for smartglasses, aptly named Lenovo AI Glasses Concept, promising to revolutionize user interaction with their environment and streamline professional workflows.

These smartglasses resemble typical eyeglasses, sharing a design language with products like Meta's Ray-Ban Display glasses. Weighing just 45 grams, they feature an eight-hour battery life, adequately covering an average workday.

Connectivity is achieved through a wireless link to a companion smart device, which handles the majority of processing tasks. Integral to the design is Lenovo and Motorola's exclusive AI platform named Qira, capable of providing extremely fast translation and sophisticated image recognition performances.

Innovative features include the ‘Catch Me Up’ tool, which serves as a virtual assistant by summarizing notifications from an array of connected devices. These smartglasses also support touch and voice controls and come integrated with teleprompter functionality.

Built-in speakers support music playback, highlighting additional entertainment capabilities of the glasses. However, whether these smartglasses will transition from concept to product remains uncertain, as Lenovo often introduces several groundbreaking designs annually, not all of which reach consumers.
