Abbott’s Glucose Monitors Now Integrated with Withings
Withings, the French technology company known for its health-focused innovations, unveiled a new collaboration with Abbott during CES 2026. This partnership will enable users to track their glucose levels using Abbott’s Lingo directly within the Withings app, starting early this year.
Abbott’s Lingo: A Consumer-Friendly CGM
Lingo, a device from Abbott specifically designed for individuals without diabetes, allows users to monitor their glucose through a continuous glucose monitoring system (CGM). Now, people interested in these devices can conveniently purchase Lingo CGMs from the Withings US online store, with a pack of two sensors costing $89.
Strategic Moves in Health Tech
The announcement from Withings didn’t come as a major surprise to many observers. Previously, the company revealed its intentions to market a new product as a 'longevity station.' By focusing on metabolic health—taking glucose monitoring as a central pillar along with cardiovascular health—Withings is positioning itself at the forefront of personal health technology.
This collaborative effort echoes a similar integration in which Dexcom partnered with Oura, another technology firm, demonstrating a growing trend towards combining different health monitoring platforms.
