Yukai Engineering Debuts Baby-Friendly Fan at CES 2026
Introducing Baby FuFu: A Cool Companion for Infants
Yukai Engineering, known for its uniquely charming Mirumi robot, has unveiled a new product at CES 2026: the Baby FuFu fan, designed specifically for infants. This portable fan can be conveniently attached to strollers, ensuring that your little one stays comfortable on the move.
Inspired by its predecessor, the smaller Nekojita FuFu gadget meant for cooling drinks, Baby FuFu emerged from customer feedback. Parents noted that their kids not only used the Nekojita FuFu to chill their food but also engaged with it playfully, imitating fanning their faces and drying their hair, explained Yukai Engineering's CEO, Shunsuke Aoki.
To ensure safety, the fan blades of Baby FuFu are securely hidden behind a protective grille to prevent even the tiniest fingers from getting inside. Its design resembles that of a cat, with appendages that allow it to grip onto stroller handles securely. The fan's direction can be modified to direct airflow towards the baby's face or any preferred spot, with three adjustable airflow settings available at the touch of a single button. Rechargeable via USB-C, it offers convenience for parents on the go.
Set to be released in the middle of 2026, Baby FuFu will be priced between $50 and $60. This innovative addition complements Yukai Engineering's lineup, which includes the 'shy' Mirumi robot that has successfully garnered over $250,000 on Kickstarter. The Mirumi crowdfunding initiative is due to conclude on January 22.
