Countdown to Claim: AT&T Data Breach Settlement Offers Up to $7,500
If you were once with AT&T—whether in the past or as a current user—time is ticking down for you to seek recompense related to two substantial data compromise events.
Background of the Breaches
Involving records as far back as 2019, these incidents jeopardized sensitive details including Social Security information, communication logs, identities, homes, and birth dates.
Settlement Funds Distribution
There are two financial relief options: $149 million is allocated for those whose private data was exposed in the primary event, while $28 million addresses the Snowflake incident.
Filing and Eligibility
Kroll Settlement Administration is in charge of processing claims, commenced last August, enabling customers to apply for compensation from either or both pools.
Potential Settlement Amount
Claims might yield up to $5,000 for the first breach and $2,500 for the second—up to a total of $7,500 for those aggrieved by both. Proof of expenses increases payout opportunities. Absent such evidence, distributions will be based on the number of participants.
Qualification for Participation
The settlement is applicable to any past or present AT&T clients affected by the breaches. A confirmation will reach you by email or mail through Kroll Settlement Administration.
Look for a message from attsettlement@e.emailksa.com, distributed since August 4, 2025. If overlooked, you can reach out to the settlement team at 833-890-4930.
